iPhone and iPad

  1. 1Open alhalaqa.org in Safari and sign in.
  2. 2Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. 3Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. 4Open Halaqa from the Home Screen and turn on notifications in your profile.

Or install it from the App Store. Both are the same app; the store version signs in through Safari and returns to the app.

Android phones and tablets

  1. 1Open alhalaqa.org in Chrome (or Edge, Samsung Internet) and sign in.
  2. 2Tap Install in the banner, or the menu ⋮ → Install app.
  3. 3Turn on notifications in your profile.

Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux

  1. 1Open alhalaqa.org in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
  2. 2Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar (or menu → Install Halaqa).
  3. 3It opens in its own window, pinned to your taskbar or Dock like any app.

Safari on macOS: File → Add to Dock. Firefox does not install web apps; use it in the browser as usual.

Tablets with a stylus

The Notebook's sketch pad supports pen pressure, palm rejection and the eraser on Apple Pencil, S Pen and Surface Pen. On iPad, install from Safari or the App Store for a full-screen canvas.
